I stayed in the Junior Suite with City View Lounge Access, and it was fantastic! The room was spacious, super clean, and had a great view. The decor felt modern and luxurious. The beds were really comfortable, and the large windows let in a lot of natural light. The bathroom was also nice, with strong water pressure. Everything felt exclusive and well taken care of. Just wish the pool had a bit more flexibility with the swim cap rule.

We had a fantastic stay with family! The rooftop restaurant offered stunning views of the Bosphorus. We particularly enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere, especially when enjoying a late-night snack and taking in the view. The hospitality was warming and the food was delicious.
My kids wished there were more activities for them. A kid-friendly lounge would be great.

I feasted on some homemade preserves that elevated my breakfast time to epic levels! Plus, the rooftop restaurant had delicious culinary finds and a lovely ambiance. Staff were also super friendly and helpful during my stay.
On the flip side, the rooftop area felt exclusive unless you’re ready to shell out for drinks. Also, wearing a swim cap for the pool? That was a head-scratcher. It's not a swim meet, folks.

The stay was wonderful overall, with an exceptional view from the Deluxe King Room. The location was fantastic, just a short stroll to the lively Besiktas area and close to beautiful views of the Bosphorus. The staff were accommodating and promptly addressed our request to change rooms. However, the rooftop area felt a bit exclusive, and it was a bit unclear if outside food delivery was allowed. All in all, it was a lovely experience.
